As a Single Registry or Multi-Registry application, this program offers Real Time monitoring of all sales transactions from each Registry or consolidated by all your Registry Locations.

All information is collected at the Point of Sale for each service performed for your clients whether it is a Cash or “On Account” Customer. Receipts and Invoices are easily printed or emailed to your Customer and mistakes are easily and safely corrected with multiple level password control if you require changes to be approved by a Supervisor.

Day end balancing and corrections are a snap! After all Clerks have balanced their Day End the system can automatically print a deposit form for you to present to your bank for making your deposit. All Day End Journal Entries are automatically posted to reflect your Day End in the General Ledger/Financial Statements.

Accounts Receivable ledgers are maintained by the system. Payments made to Customer Accounts are reflected in your Day End module to be included in the daily balancing and deposit. Monthly statements may be printed for mailing or emailed directly to your Customers.

By tracking from individual Clerks or tills to Financial Statements, Registry Managers have a moment by moment accounting of how well or marginally the company is performing. Daily, monthly and annual reports show a clear picture of performance aspects for Managers to analyze.

Information is readily available for analysis by Till or Clerk including clerk identification and time of day to assist with staff scheduling and other important management analysis.

General Ledger Trial Balance and Financial Statements can be presented to any specific day of an Accounting Period.
