Good Morning,

We have used MCS for many years. We used their old program and then switched over to the new Windows based program. We find it very easy to use, the services drop down each time so there is little room for error. It is also very easy to reconcile at the end of the day. Requests for assistance are answered quickly, and if there is something the system won’t do that we require, they will add it as a function, if possible. Training was supplied and is ongoing as required by us. We have many account holders and the system works very well for this and walkin clients.
